We are committed to providing high-quality products. If you encounter any issues with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, under the following conditions:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • You received the wrong item (e.g., incorrect model or quantity)

  • The item is defective or not functioning properly upon first use

⚠️ We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, ordering the wrong model, or dissatisfaction due to personal preferences.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition

  • All packaging, manuals, accessories, and free gifts must be included

  • Items showing signs of installation, wear, or tool marks are not eligible

Returns or exchanges will also not be accepted if:

  • Original packaging or accessories are missing

  • Product was purchased more than 7 days ago

  • Product was not purchased from our official website

  • Item is custom-made or clearance

3. Return Process

To start a return, contact us within 7 days at feedback@nototec.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos

Our customer support will verify and provide return instructions and the correct warehouse address.
You must ship the item within 5 days of receiving the return confirmation.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Exchanges: Replacement will be sent within 7 business days

  • Refunds: Payment will be returned to your original method within 7 business days

❗ We do not offer prepaid return labels unless the item was damaged or incorrect due to our error.

5. Limited Warranty

Most power tools come with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
This warranty does NOT cover:

  • Damage due to misuse, drops, improper voltage, or modifications

  • Wear and tear from normal use (e.g., sanding belts, blades)

  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or disassembly

To claim warranty:
Email feedback@darkstonetools.com or feedback@nototec.com with:

  • Order number

  • Issue description

  • Photos or video evidence

We’ll assess the issue and advise whether repair, replacement, or part reshipment is appropriate.
